Lanvale Agencies began life in 1984, set up by Stuart J Goldsack,
who having worked in both the retail and wholesale sector of
the angling industry, decided to set up his own business as a
freelance agent representing several companies and servicing
the retail market.

Having worked many years for some of the most prestigious
companies within the industry, Stuart, with his passion for
fly fishing and extensive knowledge of the needs of
game anglers, recognised a niche in the market for a range of
superior quality game landing nets at sensibly affordable
prices, and began to pursue the possibilities of developing a
new concept in quality and value.
